tips semasa defence proposal
Dapat ni dari Doctorate Support Group (DSG):
"First 5 minutes, you must be able to give the overview of your entire project. If people don't see the BIG PICTURE after 5 minutes, they normally start shutting off themselves. That is why it is always good to start with a clear research framework, in a graphic form.
The last 3 minute, you must be able re-emphasize why your research is relevant and important. Especially in the context of filling the gaps in the existing corpus of knowledge.
Ini adalah permulaan dan penamat yang biasanya boleh 'melembutkan' hati para panel. So they would be less harder to you.
Those are my tips from oratory point of view. Weak presentation can devalue even a very strong research."
Tips yang berguna untuk mempertahankan proposal nanti. Walaupun masih agak jauh perjalanan itu. Tapi suatu masa nanti saya akan melaluinya.
